Signature Technologies, Inc., the parent company of Com-Net Software, recently announced that Mark Schindler has rejoined the company to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Mark adds substantial knowledge and skill to our executive team and we are pleased to welcome him back,” said Com-Net CEO Elie Geva. Throughout his career, Schindler has held a number of positions in both technical and sales/marketing management roles. He has experience in software development, IT systems, design and development consulting, technical marketing, and sales management. Prior to rejoining the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Schindler was the Sr. Director of IT for the Berry Company, a yellow pages publishing and local search company. Schindler originally started with Com-Net Software in 2001 where he led the initial design of ECLIPSX, Com-Net’s passenger information display software. In 2004, he led the initial designs of the Digital Paging system through March of 2006. “Mark’s strong design skills and dedication to customer-focused solutions are great assets to our leadership team here at Com-Net,” commented Dave Michaels, Com-Net president and CFO. “We look forward to the company’s continued growth as we expand our product offerings and provide innovative solutions for our customers.” Schindler will be responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives in the transportation, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education industries. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin. |
