Com-Net Software announced the release of the ECLIPSX® Four Zone Networked Paging Station – a compact, cost-effective and user-friendly solution. “This new paging product is the smallest format single wire digital paging station currently available, adding to our leadership in innovation in the industry,” noted Com-Net Vice President of Software Development Chad Timms. He added, “Its small size and simplicity of use are a significant step forward for our current and future paging customers.” Com-Net’s new Four Zone Networked Paging Station has four selectable membrane push buttons for choosing from four different programmable paging zones, the default local zone, or user-customized functionality. Not only is it a practical solution, but it is also convenient to install, as it is designed to fit into a standard dual gang junction box, flush mounted to the wall; simplifying design and installation. Similar to Com-Net’s Touch Screen Networked Paging product, the Four Zone Networked Paging Station utilizes a single CAT5 cable to carry both data and audio via CobraNet®, ultimately reducing infrastructure costs for customers. As with Com-Net’s other digital paging stations, the Four Zone Networked Paging Station buttons are not hard coded and can be tied to automated messages resulting in greater operational efficiencies. “The four zone station provides an inexpensive option for customers or applications that do not need the broader functionality of our touch screen paging station solution,” commented Com-Net Vice President of Sales/Marketing Mark Schindler. “List price for the four zone paging station will be well under $1,000,” he also noted. |
