Com-Net Software CEO, Elie Geva, today announced appointments to several new positions at Com-Net Software structuring the company for growth. “The upward trend of all financial indicators continued in 2004 and the current contract backlog indicates that this will continue,” commented Geva. “The launch of new products such as Com-Net Digital Paging and the interest being generated in industry compels us to create the organizational capacity to sustain the rapid growth we are experiencing.”
Geva, named Dave Michaels, President and Chief Financial Officer. Michaels joined Com-Net in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer and in 2002 assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. “Dave has more than 25 years of experience directing key business functions, which includes executive positions with Touch 1, Inc., Mason & Hanger Corporation, and EG&G Mound Applied Technologies. He will be instrumental in leading us to achieve our financial and growth goals,” said Geva.
Bob Roalef, was named Vice President of Business Development, primarily focused on growing Com-Net’s airline business. “Bob has more than 20 years experience with Com-Net and the airline industry and has been largely responsible for our growing list of airline customers”, said Michaels. “His relationships and in-depth knowledge of their business will help us serve that market more in the future.”
Mark Schindler, was named Vice President of Software Development. “Mark’s appointment will allow Com-Net to develop our suite of software products and technical staff, allowing us to move into new industries where we see potential,” commented Michaels. Schindler joined Com-Net in 1999 where he oversaw design and development of Com-Net’s ground-breaking ECLIPSX® Flight Information Display System. Schindler has over 17 years of experience managing, designing, and developing software for a variety of applications.
Additionally, Chance Fultz, was named Vice President of Operations. Fultz will direct Com-Net’s help desk, software support, field service, and project management functions. Chance has more than eight years experience at Microsoft and Systemax in software development, network design, and system implementation. “Com-Net is dedicated to continuous improvement to strengthen our outstanding service and support organizations,” said Geva. “As our offerings and market share grow, it will be critical that our operational capabilities continue to grow as well.” |
