Com-Net Software, the largest dedicated provider of flight information display systems in North America, today announced the release of ECLIPSX® IVR, a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System to compliment its growing suite of Passenger Communication Solutions. “Our new IVR solution is built with Microsoft’s .NET technologies and features a robust voice recognition technology from Microsoft Speech Server 2004,” commented Mark Schindler, Vice President Software Development for Com-Net Software.
